Pamo Valley wines are made from our estate-grown grapes and grapes grown from local growers. We imprint on the bottle labels from which vineyard the grapes came. Our wines are limited production by the taste, glass, bottles, or cases. If you find something you like, best to buy it now because it won’t last.

Estate Malbec Rosé

Estate Malbec Rosé Local Ramona Wine

2022 Estate Malbec Rose, a gorgeous pale salmon color, was made in a Provence style; completely dry, subtle, elegant and nuanced with delightful fruit. The result is a wine that features aromas of strawberry with delicate berry and citrus flavors along with a balanced, lively acidity.

Viognier

Viognier Local Ramona Wine
Our 2023 Viognier comes from our estate, Ella’s Vineyard and Barrel 1 Vineyard in Ramona, CA. Aromas of tropical fruit, apricot, peach, jasmine and honeysuckle. A lovely flavor profile of cantaloupe, pineapple, pear and lime. Lively acidity with a lingering finish.

Chardonnay

Chardonnay Local Ramona Wine
Our 2023 Chardonnay comes from grapes from Emerald Creek Vineyards in Warner Springs, CA. This is a barrel fermented wine aged in French oak barrels. This wine was aged 7 months on the lees and stirred every two weeks to give it rich flavors and a creamy texture. Enjoy aromas of ripe yellow peach, honeydew melon and caramel, followed by oak and butter. Flavors of grilled pineapple, Asian pear, white peach, and Key lime complemented by a touch of barrel spice and subtle minerality. Balanced acidity lingers with a smooth long finish. The all around rich and buttery mouthfeel leaves you wanting another sip.

Zinfandel

2020 Zinfandel Local Ramona Wine

2020 Zinfandel is made with grapes from Pyramid Vineyards in Ramona, CA.  Aromas of blackberry, cherry and plum. Flavors of boysenberry and cranberry with a hence of smoke and a slightly earthy finish.

Estate Sangiovese

Estate Sangiovese Local Ramona Wine
Our 2022 Estate Sangiovese has classic aromas of vanilla, wild berries, violets, and tea leaf. With soft tannins and bright acidity, this wine has flavors of tart cherry, cranberry, herbs, black tea, leather and a clean lingering finish.

Merlot

Merlot Local Ramona Wine

Our 2020 Merlot is produced from grapes from Emerald Creek in Warner Springs, CA.  It has aromas of juicy ripe plum, raspberry and strawberry with undertones of fresh herbs and vanilla. Flavors of black currant, plums, red berries and cedar.

Estate Granny’s Syrah

Our 2022 Estate Granny’s Syrah has aromas of plum, black cherry and cinnamon. This wine is packed with blackberry, plum and coffee flavors with hints of cedar. This Syrah is fruity, slightly earthy and smooth on the finish.

Cabernet Sauvignon

Cabernet Sauvignon Local Ramona Wine
Our 2021 80% Cabernet Sauvignon is produced from grapes from Tate Vineyard and Bearing Fruit Vineyard, and 20% Malbec from Barrel 1 Vineyard, all from Ramona, CA. It has aromas of raspberry, ripe currant, bay leaves and white pepper. Soft tannins with flavors of blackberry, black cherry and toasty oak, slight mineral notes and a smooth lingering finish.

Peach Wine

2023 Peach Wine displays aromas and flavors dominated by peach, with underlying notes of apricot, honeydew melon, tropical fruit, and hint of vanilla.

Sauvignon Blanc

2021 Sauvignon Blanc coming from the California AVA has aromas of green bell pepper, jalapeño and lemongrass. Flavors lime, green apple, kiwi and white peach.

Syrah

2019 Syrah is made with grapes harvested from Pyramid Vineyards, Ramona, CA. Aromas of sage, rosemary, leather, cranberry and strawberry jam. Flavors of currant, grilled plum and blackberry, earthy undertones with notes of white and black pepper, and baking spices.

Malbec

2020 Malbec is made with grapes from Emerald Creek Vineyard in Warner Springs, CA.  Aromas of red dry fruit, blueberry, violet, molasses and cocoa. Flavors of blackberry, pomegranate, raspberry, with a hint of dry herbs and a smooth lingering finish.
