YES! We are proud of all the hard work we do to make Pamo Valley Wines and are proud to let our customers know that we are very hands on in our winemaking process and proud to be able to all everything locally grown and made.

What types of wines does Pamo Valley Winery make?
Pamo Valley Winery crafts whites, roses, reds, red blends, dessert wines and sangrias. Reds include Barbera, Primitivo, Sangiovese, Syrah, Malbec, Tempranillo, Grenache, Merlot, Carignan, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Tannat and Nera D’Avala. For whites, we offer Viognier, Sauvignon Blanc, Albarino and Chardonnay.
Do you have sweet wines?
All Pamo Valley Wines are fermented dry. We do make a dessert wine and freshly made sangrias for the sweeter side.

Several of our wines are award-winning and we are proud of this! Currently we have awards from the local competitions such as the Orange County and Ramona Valley competition’s. We are especially proud of our 2025 Rose of Sangiovese, Ramona Valley which won Gold in the 2026 Orange County Wine Competition (with over 2,500 entrants) and it won Best of Show AND a Gold in the 2026 Ramona Valley Wine Competition!
What is your wine club about?
It’s simple. The Pamo Valley Wine Club is FREE to join, you just commit to 3 bottles every quarter hand selected by us. That’s the equivalent to one bottle a month, or a glass a week. The price ranges from $85-$100 depending on the selection and does not include tax or shipping. You receive 20% off bottles and $2 off glass price and half of wine tastings for you and your guests. This is an especially good deal for locals! You also get 30% off cases which can be mixed! And we have a great wine club pickup party every quarter with live music, food and free tastings!

YES! While we are not a restaurant, we partner with 3 local eateries who will deliver to you at Pamo Valley Winery Tasting Room! Mamma’s Pizzeria, Ramona Cafe and Rachel’s Urban Cafe & Eatery.
Can I bring my own food to the Pamo Valley Wine Tasting Room?
Do you serve beer?
We do not serve beer but we are conveniently located to a local brewery, Smoking Cannon Brewery, who we share common space with. Wives can have a glass of wine and the fellas can have a beer, all in the same space!

YES! We have lots of live music. All of our music is posted on our events page or on our Facebook page. Our music is mostly on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

YES, we have a license to ship our wines to reciprocal states.

We are a small producer and do not export or distribute our wines. You can find our Pamo Valley Wines locally in Ramona at restaurants and grocers such as D’carlos, Rachel’s Urban Cafe and Eatery and Marinade on Main as well as Ramona Family Naturals.
How long have you been open in the Ramona area?
Pamo Valley Winery planted its first vineyard in 2000, started making wine in 2004 and opened our retail tasting room in 2011.
